Our Organizers
Our goal is to educate non-union painters, drywall finishers, and glaziers that their work is worth more. These workers deserve a living wage, and a fair shake on the job. What's a fair shake? It's 8-hour pay for an 8-hour day. The goal of organizing is giving workers a sense of pride and dignity on the job, ensuring that they have a safe workplace, and get the respect they deserve from employers.
