Glidden Launches New Products

On November 3, 2011, representatives from Glidden Professional traveled to the Painters District Council Headquarters for a new-product instruction seminar. The representatives met with individuals from the All Tech Decorating team, who use Glidden products on the job.
Part of their marketing strategy, Glidden introduced two new product options to the All Tech crowd. Members of the Glidden team demonstrated the application of the new products and highlighted the differences between the new products and the older versions. After the hands-on presentation, participants were given a detailed questionnaire to complete and return to the Glidden team. The questionnaires “help us to get feedback from customers that actually use our products,” said Lynn Yule, part of Glidden’s marketing team. “In this sort of business,” she continued, “feedback is essential.”
“The new technologies are great because they address many of the everyday problems that our painters experience on the job,” stated Steve Lefaver, JATF Coordinator.
