At PDC 30, we believe it is important for our craftspersons to have up-to-date knowledge on the field and the skills that go along with it. In this constantly evolving world, it is essential for our members to have access to the adaptations and changes going on in the construction industry. 

This continued education training is provided to those at the rank of Journeyperson. Members have the opportunity to receive advanced safety training, training in new technologies/ techniques, foreman training, supervisor training, and training provided to trainers.
