- Remove and encapsulate lead in older buildings.
- Apply durable specialty coatings to floors and industrial structures.
- Operate high-pressure washing and blasting equipment to prepare surfaces.

- Finish drywall in new and existing residential, commercial, industrial, and public structures.
- Complete elaborate structural designs with the use of specialty shaping tools and techniques.
- Create artificial stone and brick appearances with specialty compounds and techniques.
- Apply sealers to interior walls and ceilings.
- Patch and repair drywall.

- Install or replace flat glass, glass fittings, or glass fixtures in buildings.
- Install and rebuild doors and door closures.
