Aaron Anderson is the Fund Administrator of the Painters District Council No. 30 Health & Welfare and Pension Funds. In this role, he carries out all aspects of leadership and management of the PDC 30 Benefits Office, including operational, technical, and organizational administration of the Funds in accordance with respective Trust Agreements and Plan Documents adopted by the Trustees. In addition, responsibilities include maintaining compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal statutes, regulations, and requirements applicable to multi-employer Taft-Hartley employee benefit funds.

Aaron was appointed Administrator of the Health & Welfare and Pension Funds in August, 2011. He brings to the position more than a decade of executive-level experience with the PDC 30 organization. Joining the Council staff in 2000, he was appointed Director of Employer Recruitment and Retention in 2002 and, prior to his appointment as Administrator, served as a Trustee of the PDC 30 Pension and Health & Welfare Funds since 2003, the Joint Apprenticeship & Training Fund since 2005, and the PDC 30 Labor Management Industry Development Fund (founding Chair) since its inception in 2008. He also founded, and chaired the Board of, Directors of Opportunity Alliance of Illinois, a state-funded program to prepare women and minorities for entrance into unionized construction apprenticeship programs. He is a member of Local Union No. 448, where he has served as Financial-Secretary and currently holds the office of Recording-Secretary.

Aaron received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Northern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. In addition to his work with PDC 30, he currently serves as a gubernatorial appointed member of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Barber-Greene Hunting and Fishing Club and St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church. He lives in North Aurora with his wife and two children.
