PDC 30 is led by a Business Manager / Secretary Treasurer, an Executive Board, and Trustees, made up of elected Delegates. Painters District Council No. 30 (PDC 30) is led by Charles "Chuck" Anderson, who has served as Secretary-Treasurer / Business Manager of Painters District Council No. 30 since 1993. PDC 30 is governed by an Executive Board and Trustees, or "Deligates," who represent the interest of all union members.

PDC 30 staff include the Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer, Directors, Representatives, and other support staff. Staff members often serve on one or more Boards of Trustees of funds jointly administered by PDC 30 and management representatives. Directors oversee particular aspects of PDC 30's mission, including employer recruitment and retention, organizational development, membership services, and governmental affairs. Office support staff assist with accounting, membership services, contribution and employer delinquency collection, and office management.
