Marvella Franco is the Benefits Office Member Services Representative. Her responsibilities include processing Vision and Family Supplemental Claims, processing Pension Applications, informing members about their pension benefits, and providing customer service.

As a bilingual services specialist, Marvella works extensively with Spanish-speaking clients. She enjoys being able to help the membership understand their benefits in order to take full advantage of everything offerend under the Plan.

She first joined the Funds staff in January of 2007. Marvella is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where she majored in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, and minored in Psychology.
