Political Action
A politically active Union is a powerful Union.
It is important to elect labor friendly candidates that share
union values and Union members should run for and/or support
Union members for local offices, such as school boards and
county boards. Additionally, Union members should support
those candidates that have been endorsed by the Union. This
page features recent political initiatives sponsored and/or
supported by District Council 30. One can also learn how to
register to vote, and can locate web sites for state and federal
representatives
