Glazing Wage Rates are determined by two established wage areas, which correspond to the various local unions that comprise PDC 30's jurisdiction. When a Bargaining Unit Employee works in any geographical jurisdiction, the Employee shall receive the higher of: (1) the hourly wage rate for the area in which the Employee's Local Union is chartered (the "Employee's Home Zone"), or (2) the hourly wage rate for the area where the work is being performed. The Fringe Benefit Rate combines the fund contributions to be paid on each covered employee (Health & Welfare, Pension, Apprenticeship, LMIDF, IUPAT LMCI, IUPAT Pension, and Defense). These rates are totaled for each Contract Type. The Dues Check-Off and Defense Fund contributions are still considered employee deductions that should be deducted from the payroll check. Note that these rates are applicable to PDC 30 Apprentice and Journeyman Glaziers.
