Wage Rates Effective May 1, 2011

The employee shall receive the higher of (1) the hourly wage rate for the Zone in which the Employee’s Local Union is chartered (the “Employee’s Home Zone”) or (2) the hourly wage rate for the Zone where the work is being performed. See Section 8.1 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
