Finishing Contractors Association of Illinois:

Finishing Contractors Association of Illinois (FCAI) is a union painting and drywall finishing contractors association dedicated to enhancing the industry through negotiating and implementing a collective bargaining agreement. They also promote safety, education, training, and professional development to its members, which results in a better value to the consumer.

The FCAI is closely associated with the Northern Illinois Painting Drywall Institute (NIPDI), an industry advancement fund dedicated to promoting the painting and drywall finishing industry, educating contractors and the public, and serving the community. FCAI/NIPDI members consist of contractors signatory to PDC 30 collective bargaining agreements, building and construction trade professionals, equipment and materials manufacturers, and product vendors and distributors.
