The Collective Bargaining Agreement, or CBA, is an agreement between the Painters District Council 30 and employers (referred to as "signatory employers") on the hourly wages craftspersons will be paid, contributions to be made for fringe benefits, and working rules and conditions. Signatory employers, like the members of PDC 30, select a group of representatives to negotiate a contract which shall be in effect for an established period of time. PDC 30 negotiates with representatives of the Finishing Contractors Association of Illinois (FCAI).
