David Headley is a Glazier Instructor for PDC 30's JATF Program. He was first hired by the JATF in 2007.

Before becoming a member of PDC 30, David attended San Diego State University, later graduated the Glazing Apprentice Program in 1999, and soon after also received an Associates' Degree from Mt. Hood Community College in Oregon, in 2000. He first became a union member in 1994, joining Local Union 740, in Portland, Oregon.

Today, David is a Delegate for Local Union 157.

David is a US Military Veteran and today enjoys golfing, biking, and watching his favorite sports teams, which include the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and Oregon Ducks. He is also the Vice President of the PYSL Soccer Board.
