 Stephen J. Lefaver is the JATF Director of Apprenticeship & Training. He was first hired in May of 2002 as a JATF Instructor. Stephen attended Wabaunsee Community College in 1994 and 1995; He then went on to complete the IUPAT Apprenticeship program in 1999.
Lefaver became a member of the Union on July 1, 1996, when he joined Local Union 105. Currently, he is the Vice President of Local Union 448. He is a member of the Paint Curriculum Committee and the Registered Apprenticeship Initiative, both put together by the IUPAT.
