Mark Leonard is a District Council Representative for Local Unions 465 and 467. He joined the PDC 30 staff in January of 1999. He first became a member of the Painters Union in 1980, when he joined Local Union 465. Now, he serves as Financial Secretary for Local 465. Mark is also a Trustee for PDC 30.

As Field Representative, Leonard monitors LaSalle, Bureau, Putnam, Kankakee, Iroquois, Ford, Livingston, and Marshall Counties in Illinois. His responsibilities include policing his jurisdiction, taking job action when necessary, serving the membership of Locals 465 and 467, and attending and directing local union meetings.
