Ryan Anderson is the Director of Organizational Development. He was first hired to the Council in January, 2003. As Director of Organizational Development, Ryan guides and supports internal efforts to develop and implement creative organizational strategies, continually seeking to improve operations and processes within all member-funded entities, as well as the professional capacity of leaders within such entities.

Ryan received his Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in 2001, where he majored in Communication, with an emphasis in Corporate Communication. He went on to receive his Masters in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore in 2005. In 2006, he received his Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Motorola University by demonstrating leadership and expertise in the application of statistical, problem solving, and quality tools constituting significant value to the continuous improvement process methodology.

Ryan became a member of the Union in January of 2003, when he joined Local Union 448. He is currently a 448 Delegate. He is also a LMCI Local Industry Liaison Representative. He serves on the Board of DIrectors for the River Valley Workforce Investment, Spectrios Institute for Low Vision, and Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni Association. He is a Trustee for Marmion Academy's Alumni Board.
