Brian W. Dahl is the Director of Membership Services for PDC 30. He also serves as Representative for Local Unions 448 and 1285 and is the Financial Secretary for Local 448. As a Representative, he monitors southern Kane and Kendall counties, as well as portions of DuPage county.

Dahl serves on the Board of Trustees for the Health & Welfare, Pension, and Labor Management Industry Development Funds. Outside of the Council, he serves as Vice-President for the Fox Valley Building & Construction Trades Council, Board Director for the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Board Director & Manager for the Aurora Area Girls Softball.

After completing his PDC 30 Apprenticeship in 1993, Dahl attended the National Labor College and received a Bachelor's of Arts, in 2004. In 2007, he received his Masters of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. He was first hired onto the staff in April of 1999. He joined the Union in August of 1990, as a Local 448 member.
