Todd M. Dotson is the Director of Employer Recruitment and Retention. He was hired as the Assistant Director of Employer Recruitment and Retention in October, 2001; promoted to Director in August, 2011.

Todd graduated the PDC 30 Apprenticeship Program in 1993. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the National Labor College in 2005. And, in 2008, he received a Master's Degree from the University of Baltimore. 

Todd first joined Local Union 157 in 1991. He serves as a Delegate to PDC 30, as well as a Business Agent for Locals Unions 157 and 209. He is a member of the General President's Club, a Trustee on the Labor Management Industry Development Fund, and a member of the PDC 30 Joint Trade Board. 

Todd was the former Chairmen of the IUPAT Organizing Committee for the Central Region. He is the President of the University of Baltimore Student Alumni Association and a Tazewell County Democratic Precinct Committeeman. Todd is also a Board Member for the Tremont Booster Club and the Tremont Betterment Association.
